  • i have the right to refuse any commission for any reason

  • it is highly preferred you use paypal - whether through kofi or directly - but if necessary alternatives can be discussed. all prices are australian dollars

  • generally i will expect half the payment upfront and the other half once a sketch has been sent and approved

  • depending on the type of commission and the amount of others i have at any given time, i'll give you an estimate of how long things should take. if you would like it by a specific date please communicate that ! it helps a lot !

  • when discussing your commission please provide some forms of image reference for the appearance and pose - i accept picrews and other dollmakers, and will be happy to adjust what you wish to be more accurate to your vision

  • if it's a character or outfit design, please provide a detailed description and if you're able to give me some inspiration to work with. pinterest boards are great ! if you have some specific features in outfits you want to be included then please show me what you want so i can get you the best result !

  • if you need something sooner than the deadline, i will need to charge a rush fee based on the complexity and detail of your commission. additionally if you request something like a rendered full body with two characters and ask it be done in a week, i will have to charge extra

  • if you wish to change parts of your commission you have 3 chances ! 1 before a sketch is sent where you can ask for something entirely different ( so long as it fits the amount spent ), and 2 after the sketch is finished where you can request adjustments. anything after that will be an extra $10 in australian dollars
